Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Client Care mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Subscription and Payment

Client Care operates on a subscription-based model with three tiers: Basic, Professional, and Enterprise. All subscriptions are billed monthly through RevenueCat. There is no free trial period.

When upgrading or downgrading your subscription, you will be billed immediately for the new plan, and the previous package will be overwritten. No refunds are provided for subscription changes or cancellations.

3. Account Cancellation and Data Retention

Upon cancellation of your subscription, your data will be retained for 30 days. After this period, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Admins are responsible for managing team members, subscriptions, and data imports/exports. Members have limited access as determined by the Admin.

5. Data Usage and Storage

Client Care uses Firebase for cloud storage. Storage limits vary by subscription plan. You are responsible for ensuring your data does not exceed your plan's storage allocation.

The App supports offline access to cached data. CSV imports and certain operations require an internet connection.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of Clark Developments.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clark Developments shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the App. Continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
