Subscription Information

Can I change plans later?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be billed immediately for the new plan, and the previous package will be overwritten. Downgrades are available from Professional and Enterprise plans to lower tiers. Note: You cannot upgrade past Enterprise, and no refunds are provided when changing plans.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and payment methods through RevenueCat. All subscriptions are billed monthly.

Is there a free trial?

No, there is no free trial. You must subscribe to a plan in order to use the Client Care application. Choose the plan that best fits your needs and start managing your clients immediately.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your subscription, your data will be retained for 30 days. This gives you time to reactivate your subscription if needed. After 30 days, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

How does CSV Import & Export work?

All plans include CSV import and export functionality. You can import client data to quickly populate your system, and export your data at any time. CSV imports can also update existing data, making it easy to keep your information current.

What storage solution do you use?

Client Care uses Firebase for secure cloud storage. Each plan includes different storage limits to accommodate your business needs, from 2GB on the Basic plan to 50GB on Enterprise.

How do I get support?

Professional and Enterprise plans include daily email support. All users can access our comprehensive FAQ section. If your question isn't answered there, you can contact us directly through the support form in the app or on our website.
